Yes, we deliver! All orders are delivered and there is a delivery fee. The delivery fee is based on delivery location and upon what products you order.
Orders should be placed as early as possible or at least 3 weeks before your event date. On some occasions we have last minute availability but often times that comes with a rush fee and higher service fees for requiring our staff to work overtime to create a new order last minute
All invoices must be paid by the due date listed on the invoice. If not paid by the due date, services will not be rendered for the specified event.
If a cancellation occurs after the 48 hour deposit expiration and up to one month before the event, all monies paid after the deposit will be refunded. If cancelled within one month of the event, a refund will not be granted.
Our delivery & set up fees are standard for all event decor packages. We take pride in delivering what we promised in a timely manner. The strike charge (clean-up / take down) will be applied as required.

Yes, we use only the best latex balloons available. You will be provided with the highest quality balloons. The balloons are made from 100% natural latex making them biodegradable. It is harvested similar to how you get maple syrup.
Yes, we offer 3ft marquee letters and 4ft marquee numbers. If you would like to inquire about those offerings, please speak with one of our expert balloon designers.
We will have your custom decor set up within 2-3 hours of your event start time. If you have less than a 2-hour window for set up at your specific venue/location, please let us know. Additional fees may apply.
Yes, we allow date changes as long as you provide us with written notice via email, (text/DM are not acceptable), 14-days prior to your event date. An event date can be moved once within a 6-month period from the original booking date. If you event date is less than 14 calendar days in the future unfortunately no date change is permissible.
